My experience with Nicole was nothing less than amazing. There is so much involved with the purchase of a home and that doubles when you are doing a purchase and sale. So much information to coordinate as well as people to deal with. Lender/realtor/escrow/inspectors/appraisal x 2 with this situation. Nicole's involvement took so much of the stress and uncertainty out of the situation. The quality of her communication not only with me but all involved Made the process so smooth.
