I appreciate Kevin so much. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through the stressful process of providing all the documentation that’s needed to get approved and to genuinely share the excitement of finding my home. I can not express enough how much I enjoyed getting the chance to get to know him over the phone and how grateful I am for how he handled each step or the process. Brittany bent over backwards to help me through a very challenging situation with a concurrent sale and purchase. My buyer kept slowing down the process and Brittany worked hard to keep my info up to date and ready to go as soon as my buyer was. While the whole process was super stressful, I was never worried about the loan process because I knew Brittany would quickly respond to any question and was working hard to keep things moving forward.
