Bob Lloyd, Donte, and the rest of the team at Primary Residential Mortgage were awesome! They got me an excellent rate on my refi with only 1/2 point which I know was hard to do because I have a jumbo loan. They kept in constant contact so I always knew what was happening. My refi went through in less than a month. I would recommend Bob Lloyd to anyone looking to refi or looking for a new loan.

Bob and his team were in constant communication with me throughout the process letting me know what was going on. They went out of their way to process my loan as quickly as possible so that it could close in May instead of June. If I had a question about anything, it was answered within minutes. Bob was awesome, as was Donte, and the rest of the team!

Another great experience with Donte! He was once again efficient, patient and proactive. Also, the most important part he got me a great rate w/ low closing costs. Will engage him again for any housing needs i have in the future.
