I felt very comfortable that I was presented with all of my options throughout the process. Antonio was very informative when it came to what options would be better suited for my situation but I never felt pressured, which is very important to me. I was provided with information I requested at an efficient rate. Antonio was very professional and available to answer questions at any time. I am very happy with the entire process. Frank is a true professional, always there to explain things, and we always knew he put our best interests first. This is the second time we used Frank and we have always felt he was a miracle worker and did the absolute best for us. It was like working with a friend.
