I bought my first house back in March of this year and couldn't have had a better experience. My Realator (Juli Jenkins) highly recommended Garth, so I went with it. The fun part, picking out a house, had already passed and I wasn't looking forward to the process (paperwork) of buying a home.
Come to find out, it really wasn't that bad. Garth made things seamless and handled everything very quickly and professionally. He got me a really great loan and did a great job working with my busy work schedule at the time.
I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a great mortgage.

Primary Residential Mortgage did an excellent job! My family and I relocated for work and needed to move in a hurry. Garth and his staff worked with a sense of urgency and allowed us to close in less than a month.
