Thanks to Rick Crozier and his wonderful team, we are now a homeowner! With their helps and smooth process, we closed on our first home today within 1 hour. Just a short conversation with Rick, he was able to send us our rate and pre-approval. I compared with the other two lender and it's fairly the same rate they all offered. Rick, Thanks for generating the relationship between our family and Home Loan Assist. Both my husband and I were prisoners of our credit scores.
