First impressions from Alisha were very impressive as she responded to our request quickly and efficiently but after working further with her we were even more impressed. There was a lack of back-and-forth communication, the team didn't seem to understand what we had to offer. Most communication was via e-mail; telephone would have been better. This caused many problems, including us not being able to put the full money down that we had wanted, which raises our monthly mortgage. We will also be paying our closing costs as part of our loan, rather than outright. This would have gone smoother if we knew the lingo, but we thought the experts would help us with that.
