The level of communication, positivity, and willingness to answer questions was incredible. Julie and PRMI was able to take what had become a nightmare experience after working with another lender and completely turn it around. I cannot thank them enough for helping me get into my home.

Working with Jayme was awesome. She made things simple and easy to understand. You could tell she had my best interest in mind and made recommendations that would be beneficial to my specific situation. We had a complicated situation and Julie was able to work through all the details very well. My only slight criticism was we would’ve like more consistent communication during our long periods of waiting. During every interaction we felt confident we would be approved for our loan and Julie was a major factor in that feeling.
