Melissa was efficient, she explained the process in a way that made sense, she under promised and over-delivered, and she had a sense of humor that made the minutiae of refinancing feel less laborious.

Mr.Russo helped me from the beginning to closing with the loan. Not once did he show any frustration even though my Loan had a lot of paperwork to get done. He would politely encourage me "we will get through this loan"and so we did. Thanks again Mr.Russo.

During the pandemic it was hard purchasing a house and I know that the process was stressful for us, but everything fell into place and Lori really helped us figure everything out. But you assured me that it was going to be ok, & u walked me through certain steps. That made me comfortable & you were very patient with me.
