It has been an absolute pleasure working with Niomi on our refinancing of our home. She was always very informative, understanding and professional. We had some problems, but they were due to our HR.
From the start, he walked us through everything, answered all of our questions, and was patient with some nervous first time buyers.
Ric was 10,000% supportive and helpful, and worked constantly to help us across the goal line. He communicated with us constantly, he kept me grounded, even when I was ready to throw my hands up and give up.
I don't like giving 5 star ratings. I'd give Ric a 10 if it was possible.
