I had an awesome experience with Peter.Very knowledgeable and trust worthy. He guided me expertly throughout the process of buying a home. He also recommended a nice realtor to me. He still checks on me every now and then. A great guy!

Peter Talbot is a rock star! he recently helped me with the financing of my home. I knew very little about the process and he made it so easy for me and kept me in the loop the whole time. Even when I asked repetitive questions, he took the time to explain and reexplain the process. I ended up with a great rate that I really doubt I would have found elsewhere. I highly recommend Peter Talbot! he is the best! Erick Sanchez

So many people have told me that buying a house was painful and nightmare. Well, i am here to tell that is not my experience when working with Peter. As a first time buyer, i didn't know what expect. Pete provided excellent customer service. Was very accommodating to 100 first time buyer questions, was reassuring when things seemed unsettled to me, but were. Finally, we bought our house in May of 2015 and just last month sat on the phone with me to walk me through some escrow questions. He is a fantastic guy, very knowledgeable, and great teacher to a first time buyer.
