This is the WORST place to get your home loan through!!!! Avoid save your money and headaches!!!! Had a lot of issues with the loan process as we kept getting put through the ringer. Everyone always had something different to say. They were never straight forward. Now having issues with them providing their new billing information to our flood insurance people so now we have to get new flood insurance cause when our insurance paid PRMI the payment didn’t go through cause the billing information was not recent. Don’t go through Salmeri flood either ! They didn’t catch this issue and it’s costing us!!! Its a nightmare having them as our home lender. I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could

She is the best to make the whole process efficient and make the customer at ease. The process was very short and done much faster than I could imagine. She was graceful to pick the Refi after a 3 months unsuccessful process with another bank and processed swiftly. Thank you Davita.
