Amy has the know how in the real estate and financing mortgage business and translate that to finding the best options available to your case. She is certified and numerous states and able to help you across state markets, which was my case in NC & CA. I was very fortunate in having her on my corner throughout the refinancing process of multiple properties in multiple states -- every case experienced a very satisfactory close out. I became aware of Amy through a mail solicitation which reached me at a time when I was considering a refinance of my primary home. I reached out by phone and voiced my opinion that, while I really did not need to do so, I was interested in the process if I did not have to deal with a lot of paperwork. Amy was wonderful about listening to me and saved me a lot of time with the application. She is professional, insightful and honest about what she could or could not do for me. I have referred several friends and will always go to her first for my future real estate needs.
